This is a place of encouragement, a place to discuss body image, insecurities, self-esteem, and everything under the umbrella of fighting self-hate and finding self-love.

No matter what you look like, what color, what gender, sexual orientation, what size or however many "flaws", healthy, not healthy, working on it, abled, disabled, we are all human, we all deserve to be happy, we all deserve to love ourselves. With this blog you will see all kinds of REAL bodies, REAL people, REAL stories.

I’m Rachel and I am going to be 16 on June 20th. This was me last summer on my very cruise! I have learned to love my body and love myself for who I am. There are many skinny girls in my high school boarding school dorm who bullied me and I used to be insecure, but not anymore! I’m proud to be who I am because this was the body given to me and I will keep it just the way it is.
So go put on those shorts that are too short, the shirts that are too tight, that bathing suit you keep in the back of your closet that you are afraid to wear. Today is the day to show off your body and not care what others think because your body is beautiful!
"There are so many images today that tell us to wear certain kinds of clothes or talk a certain way or, if you’re not thin you’re not going to be sexy, you’re not going to be attractive and that’s not true. We come in all shapes and colors. We all have something to offer. When we realize we all have a special gift we can all be a much happier world."—Joey Mcintyre
