This is a place of encouragement, a place to talk about body image, a place for feeling beautiful. No matter what you look like, what color, what gender, what size or however many "flaws", healthy, not healthy, working on it, we are all human, we all deserve to be happy, we all deserve to love ourselves. With this blog you will see all kinds of REAL bodies, REAL people, REAL stories.

![hello. my name is Jenn, and after seeing so many of these I wanted to share. I love my body, truly and honestly I do. I didnt use to, I used to find so many flaws with it, so often. but I started to realize, that wasnt helping me at all; in fact it was hurting me more. the more I focused on the negative, the worse my ‘negatives’ got. I could tell you about my own personal problems, but that’s focusing on those ‘negatives’ and it helps so much more to focus on the positives. if you really want to know my story, or just have someone to talk to[like the lovely people of this blog] feel free to message and/or follow me) being optimistic is better, so I decided to ‘turn a new leaf’ as they say. I began looking for positives, and instead of pointing out ‘negatives’, I would find ways to slowly improve or minorly improve at a time. sure, there are still bits I want to work on, but I am proud of my body and who I am. keep going and never give up ^_^
