Our mission: to love ourselves, every last inch! To support others, help build positive self esteem! This is The Body Peace Revolution!

This is a place of encouragement, a place to talk about body image, a place for feeling beautiful. No matter what you look like, what color, what gender, what size or however many "flaws", healthy, not healthy, working on it, we are all human, we all deserve to be happy, we all deserve to love ourselves. With this blog you will see all kinds of REAL bodies, REAL people, REAL stories.

-PLEASE READ FAQ before messaging

-BE AWARE some posts may be triggering depending on submissions, check for trigger warnings and tags. Also any harassment will be met with blocking and a report to Tumblr Support

Hello everyone!
You may not know it by looking at me, but for my whole life I have been exposed to the harmful effects of bullying. As long as I can remember I have always been the “fat girl” the “loser” the “ugly girl” the “frizzy haired girl” or the “stupid girl”. When I got into middle school it hit an extreme. I still recall being hounded by boys throwing punches at me, girls making fun of me, teachers telling me I wasn’t good enough, and coaches telling me I wasn’t as important as the other girls on the team because they didn’t know how to play. I still recall not being allowed to leave my house without makeup or being allowed to express myself in my family’s fear of my harassment getting worse. But that’s not the sad part. The sad part was I was allowing these kids to make me feel like I was ugly and a trashy girl. It took me a while, but I finally built up enough confidence to post this and take a stand against bullying. If you’re reading this, you should know that no matter what your body, face, or hair looks like you’re beautiful. No one has been like you or ever will be. Keep your head up because life gets so much better and no one has the right to rain on your party!
